** 90 Day Home Warranty coverage falls under the Prestige Plan Seller Coverage listed above for 90 Days only (AZ & Heater are not covered under this plan). Repair only during this coverage with a $65 trade call fee per trade item.
1 "Home Buyer" coverage is only applicable for real estate transactions. If selecting this option as a result of receiving our Renewal Notice in the mail, please note that coverage will not begin until HomeLife, LLC has both received payment and confirmation of your previous active warranty policy.
NOTICE
If this Plan coverage is not chosen or waived, the applicant agrees not to hold the Realty Broker and Agent responsible for any damage, failure, or malfunction of systems, appliances, and components that would have been covered in the Plan. The applicant certifies that all items are in normal working order, in good condition, and will be at the inception of this warranty, except as noted in the home inspection report. Excluded items may be reinstated upon proof of repair by a licensed technician. The applicant understands there will be no coverage until the property has been inspected and/or an inspection report has been provided and accepted for lising/buying coverage and/or upon the close of sale and payment made for buyer's coverage, unless otherwise agreed to. The Plan Fee is due at the close of sale. Any changes to this plan and coverage will be updated on the HomeLife website, therefore this plan is subject to any changes and updates found on the website.
